Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager at Klwds, you will spearhead our marketing efforts to drive platform growth, brand visibility, and user engagement. This is an opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a startup on the path to transforming the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract both creators and brands to the platform.

Set and monitor KPIs to ensure marketing goals align with overall business objectives.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve platform visibility and user acquisition.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content, including blogs, videos, and social media posts.
Develop promotional materials and campaigns highlighting the benefits of Klwds.

Community Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with content creators, influencers, and brands to establish Klwds as the go-to platform.
Organize webinars, events, and networking opportunities to enhance user engagement.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Analyze competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Budget Management:

Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in startup environments or with creative industries is a plus.
